15/09 Blend *Special Edition*

A coffee to celebrate Guatemala. The 15/09 Blend was created to commemorate a date that is part of our history: September 15th, Guatemala's Independence Day. This special edition is available only during September and brings together selected Guatemalan coffees to create a balanced, complex, and flavorful cup.

This blend consists of 40% washed coffee from Finca Las Rosas (Huehuetenango), 40% washed coffee from Finca La Joya (Santa Rosa), and 20% natural-process coffee from Finca Santa Rita (Huehuetenango). A combination of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuaí varieties that yields a silky cup with notes of orange, nuts, and chocolate.

Three components, distinct profiles, and a single purpose: to celebrate Guatemala through something that represents us and is our deep passion—our coffee.
